01 - I am debriefing with Scott about my first call I just had this morning with someone that opted in for my Worry/Anxiety offer. Posability on what the price could be is also discussed in this video clip.  Scott demonstrates how he would have handled the call himself.  I share my plan for this week as I break it down(what I will get done by when).  By Friday will have the offer perfected, meaning incorporate all the missing elements that incorporates an actual offer, and writ an email with the link to the offer that goes out only to list of 2,000 people in Kartra, and have this accomplished by Friday.  

Between now and Saturday, learn about FB Ad targeting and create a new FB Ad in Ads Manager and put the Ad out with the completed and perfected offer by Sunday. 

#02 - Offer needs to be whole and complete according to what a standard offer looks like.  The process needs to be made clear. Talk about for me doing a Read & Speak video would be best as an outcome - Research how to do the slides for the Read & Speak. - I edit my story on www.sameenafernandes.com - My Worry Addiction story. 
- Scott demonstrates one way I can do my video to those people who reached out from the FB AD interested in receiving more information, who were promised a video with more information. - Ask them to also go to My1111Agreement.com, shows how I recovered from my addiction to worry. Sameena-make notes here on the key points to bring up when I do my information offer video .... 

If person was the ideal client, or not, what is the least amount of money I would feel good about getting from these 6 people? ​- When Scott said, 'the way I communicated it ...' he was referring to the morning call I had with a potential prospect who reached out for the offer.  It went from being a 12-week program to a 6-week program because we found that people want the RESULTS fast, and that is why Scott is involved. 

- Run through of how I find my pricing 
-What would I want to say to those 2000 people in my database who I will be sending out an email to about my Worry related offer? 

I start with talking about the meaning of this offer to me. 
- Right now, it works to position Scott as the person who has the credibility in my offer, which will make the perceived value of my offer higher. - As Scott has more success stories of other people and I am one of his success stories. 
-Share my success/accomplishments
-Go through my Story on Worry I wrote about a year ago on www.sameenafernandes.com and talk about how to edit the story and have it as a possible hook as it is related to my worry/anxiety offer. 

John, in this 38:51 minute clip, Scott is taking me through a page or so of the big book, and I am learning the color coding system put in action as I am authentically going through a part in the big book as Scott is taking me through it. And I also share, just by going through a page or so in the big book, how profoundly meaningful it is to me and I feel that this is the right time for me to experience it or portions of it, as Scott takes me through it easy and gentle, step-by-step. 

I share with Scott how much I appreciate him taking me through a chapter in the big book as it was a bonus that was added into my Integrity Choices Session, but it was not part of the IC  session, it was just like a 30-minute bonus. 

- At around the 14-minute mark of the video, I share all the negative, which caused Scott to create the structure that would be the solution for me.  
- The negitives I share with Scott : Feeling overwhelmed, like there is too much to do and 'not enough time' to get it all done in. 
​-feel conflicted 
-feeling disempowered after having my morning call with this potential prospect, and getting a 'no' because I did not have my marketing and offer clear prior to accepting this call and so, I cam across uncertain on the call. 
-paranoid when I hear something outside the door, worried that it may be landlord .. 
- Worried about receiving 'N4' anytime soon - Major trigger for me
- Worried about paying the rent as I am almost 4 months behind in paying the rent. 
-My incompletions related to money 
-Worry about how long it will take to bring in money
-Have so much going on in my mind that is impacting my creation. 
-Don't want to always explain to people why what we have is valuable 
​-don't want to always have to prepare before coming on a call. 
-My marketing for the offer is not clear.
-Feel like so much to do on my own to complete my funnel and do it right.  

#07- Scott validates that I am alone in building my landing page, email sequence, FB Ad, etc 
- Scott shares in this video clip that all the 'negative' stuff I shared in the above video will go away if my funnel was built properly and he sees it is totally possible to be built right between now and my next IC session with him next week on Tuesday if I had a writer helping me. 
- John, Pay close attention to around the 2 - minute mark of the video clip - where Scott gives instructions on how to write the Intro, which would be the context of the whole session video that will be sent to the President of Quadreal and why Scott is sending it. - Scott dictates how to write the introduction text explaining the video and the spirit behind why he is sending it to the President. -the download of how the message (in writing) should be communicated ends at 7:32 - minute. 

- Scott shares how it can have honor and integrity for John to help us (me) while he is doing the Integrity Choices program. 
​-Request for John is to schedule an appointment(2 hours max) with me at a time that works best for him to talk about whatever my requests are that John could help me with getting my Facebook Ad written, getting mostly the offer page perfected and what happens when they opt in and put in their email address? - Basically putting my 6 -week Integrity Choices program case study all put together in a way that works. - as if this were a program that addressed worry, anxiety and overwhelm to be specific. 

#11-Scott's request to John is to have the landlord message as described with instructions in video clip #07 above completed by Sunday August 2nd, so can proactively send out before Monday - As Scott has a feeling that the 'N4' will arrive in the mail by Friday 31st, and so by sending this 3 hour session along with the crafted intro message that explains why we are sending this 3-hour video, it shows that I am operating in good faith again by sharing and being transparent, where they are not operating in 'good faith'. 

​#11 - REQUEST #1 -- Scott feels it would be best to deliver the IC session for next Wednesday (Session #04) on the condition that John agrees to doing a 30 minute SASV for one of the Wednesdays - and he can choose to do it at anytime before bed as long as it done on the same day. 
-Scott's Request (H.W) for John -  is to pick any Wednesday he likes where he knows he would be able to do a 30 minute SASV for IC  that is whole and complete (A 30 - minute Soliliquy). 
​Question: What would make the video I have to do to my 1111 page leads go faster? 

​-REQUEST #2 --   Scott's request for John is that he writes that letter for the landlord as explained above - keeping it simple and not complicated - Further explained in this video clip. Scott send last email sent from Patricia that this 3 - hour session video and email will be in response to. 
- Scott validates for me that it is so hard for me to write when I know that it is urgent and when I am in a state of worry at the sametime - makes the writing for me more tasking and very difficult. 
-So, if John takes on the writing portion of it for me, he can cause the result as Scott shares in the video
-Way for John (if he chooses) to honor the spirit of the past partnership agreement we had by putting that same energy, focus into my Worry/anxiety offer instead - helping to perfect it, etc, and it will have honor because this offer will be a template for every niche market offer version of the Integrity Choices 8 -week program that we will be marketing (decided to change from 6 weeks to 8 weeks as it is more substantial).

However to directly answer your request, all the terms and conditions related to when and why we may request entry to your suite are specifically governed by the RTA and outlined in your lease agreement. We will not negotiate outside of those terms. Therefore, no, we will not agree to your request as outlined in point #1 below. But again, I emphasize that there are no plans to market your suite or any other suite at 10 Lisa for sale.
  2. With respect to unpaid rent on your suite, in recognition of the significant impact that the Covid crisis has had on many of our residents, QuadReal and in particular, the team at 10 Lisa St. has been consistent in our willingness to discuss and arrange payment terms with any resident who makes a good faith effort to sit down and discuss alternatives. We have worked in a positive and cooperative way with every resident who has contacted us and demonstrated a willingness to  put forth a reasonable and documented payment agreement. We have no interest in jeopardizing your tenancy but in your case you are currently in arrears in the amount of $5284.60 which represents unpaid rent for the months of  May, June and July 2020. I urge you to contact me immediately at 416-673-7620 to discuss payment arrangements and to reach a documented repayment agreement. at 320 the video scott talks about that was the last video is sent to the landlord is this one which is a combination of the first video scott sent to the landlord with my message to the landlord at the end which starts at around the 25 minute mark.

ADDITIONAL KEY NOTES TAKEN FROM AN AUDIO CONVERSATION I HAD WITH SCOTT YESTERDAY BEFORE OUR CALL:
  • A/  Took the landlord two weeks, but they finally admitted that they calculated the money wrong, and I overpaid, so the first N4, they never should have sent it to me. (So, you can include in the letter, John, that it has been proven that in this email, June 26th, they confirm that in that original N4 that was sent to me when the new management first took over the apartment, they never should have sent it because it was proven, they went back and did the math, and they were correct, Sharaka made an error in calculations, and I overpaid)

  • Reminder, John is to emphasize in the letter that it is because of their actions, Scott has given me his notice.

  • So John, you are going to for example, say in the letter – “Referencing to pint #1 – finally after numerous times (have to get that exact number) of making the request and they ignored it, they finally answered and declined my request – said “No’ to putting it in writing officially about not ‘selling off the unit’ … (Refer back to point #1, John of the last email at the bottom of this page received from Patricia. D. July 13th email) - They finally answered the question, "Will you put in writing that you will not show the premises, my suite to prospective  purchasers, ........, either directly or indirectly through From June 1st, 2020 to May 3st, 2021, and they in the last communication, they declined my request after numerous times of ignoring my request. (And of course, expand on this point as I discussed on our call, John with regards to if they had no 'intention' , then they would have no problem in putting this in writing ...., ), again proves 'Bad Faith' - Case of 'bad faith' - Why would they send February 21st, 2020 a notice ('Notice Of Entry") that had a check box about showing off the unit to prospective purchasers and Morgagers ... It is unreasonable to trust them, the fact that they ignored my direct question many, many times, and only now just before they are about to go through with an 'N4', now they are saying, "they will not agree to my request ... 
- So this is what You also mention in the letter, John - in reference to them having no plans to sell the unit ....,Which means nothing, as their plans can change, and make the case that maybe, they did have plans to sell our unit before COVID hit, this is the case you are making, John in the letter - Again, proving a case of 'Bad Faith' otherwise why would they give a notice with that particular box in it (Refer to image above). if they did not have any intention? Unless their intention is to intentionally scare tenants.  (John, please BOLDLY  address this in the letter)
- " I also specifically asked you (to landlord/Management Team) if they would send a specific notification to all tenants, letting them know what they said to me .. about having no 'intention ...' because it contradicts what people would naturally perceive if they haven't, in fact received notices that have these particular words in it that I have received ... (meaning in the 24 Hour Notice of Entry). " - they did not answer me previously with regards to this question after asking them over several times, they didn't answer me on purpose about promising me to show my suite, because they know if they put this in writing and promise, then they can't for sure sell my unit. 
- But if they just say, 'we have no intention of selling your unit', they can still sell my unit. 
-The fact that they ignored answering me show 'Bad Faith'. - And their intention of declining to put in writing that they will not be sending us tenants these notices anymore is, they actually do ant us to be scared, so a percentage of us will leave sooner than we otherwise would have, so they can charge more money for our unit. (Want you to emphasize this, John) . 
- So the bad faith is they won't answer my questions and it is only prior to them giving me the 'N4' , and me saying that I will not pay my rent until they answer my questions as they promised they would address, that they finally answer the question after asking like at least 20 times and everytime, it was ignored. 
​- And why are they ignoring me asking them to take that clause out of the notices? .... Unless, they have an intention to invoke fear in the residents so some of us would voluntarily leave, so they can charge an extra $800 for the unit + utilities. (This is what you primarily write about, John) - Again, proving a solid case of 'Bad Faith'). 

- B/  In the June 2nd video sent to Kerri Jackson, Kerri promised she would 'review all the information presented to her in my video , and she would answer all my questions in there, AND she did NOT! She only answered some of the questions. And I said to to them, to answer all of my questions, and I am not going to pay the rent until they do .... 
Both Kerri and Patricia both promised that they would address all of the questions in the video, and once again, it was ignored. 

- C/ Kept on asking them to return my May cheque (that refused to deposit because it was from my business account), and they kept ignoring that, then at the end, they say, the cheque was returned, which it wasn't! I even offered to do a lie detector test to prove that they are wrong. - Scott saw the envelope as well and there was no cheque in it. 

D/ Made it clear that I will not be responding to anymore of your email from here on as these kind of messages, asking me to make payment arrangements trigger me and can't make money that way - 'so I need 90 days' to 100% focus on my business, so I can make money fast to pay be able to pay my rent.  (Refer to point #2 in Patricia's email July 13th above). 

E/ In reference to #3 of July 13th email above, in other words, they will not be human and accept my request to let me know by sending me an email as I kindly requested because of my legitimate fears of checking the mail, that will not inform me by email that they have put an N4 in the mailbox, so that means, they don't care if I get the N4 as they want me to leave, further proves our point for 'Bad Faith'.
